My Wish Lashes sells lash products, and cosmetics within the United Kingdom.

By purchasing from us, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian
All information provided at checkout is accurate and complete
You understand and agree to our policies

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Products & Product Use

Due to the nature of our products:

All products must be used responsibly and according to instructions
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are not allergic to any ingredients
We are not liable for misuse of products or failure to follow aftercare guidance

If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse
Limit quantities per customer

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded where applicable.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payment must be made in full before items are dispatched.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

My Wish Lashes is not responsible for:

Delays caused by courier services
Incorrect addresses provided by customers
Lost or stolen parcels confirmed as delivered

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are correct at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds & Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on lashes, or cosmetic products.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographic evidence
The item must remain unused and in original packaging

All claims will be assessed, and resolutions (replacement or refund) are issued at management discretion.

7. Liability

My Wish Lashes shall not be liable for:

Allergic reactions
Misuse of products
Failure to follow care instructions
Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
