All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

  • Royal Mail 48
  • Tracked services (where selected at checkout)

Delivery speed depends on the service chosen at checkout.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

During busy periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Royal Mail 48 – 2–3 working days (not guaranteed)

4. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation email. If you selected a tracked service, tracking details will be provided where available.

5. Delays

My Wish Lashes is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Industrial action
  • Incorrect address details provided at checkout

6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Lost or Stolen Parcels

If tracking confirms that your parcel has been delivered, My Wish Lashes is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery. Please ensure a safe delivery location is selected.

For lost parcels (where tracking does not confirm delivery), we will assist in raising a claim with Royal Mail.
